A request for Return Authorization must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. Purchaser will assume all responsibility for the proper removal and return of product/equipment to the location of purchase. Upon receipt of product/equipment and verification of condition, H2O Easy Water Filtration Products will provide a full refund of product purchase price within 45 days; delivery charges, installation fees and removal fees are excluded.
